How can you submit articles? We always look for interesting and informative editorial content and encourage submissions for consideration.

When submitting a potential article for Georgia Forestry Today, please keep the word count to about 1200 and send it by e-mail as an attachment in MS Word format. Photos are very welcome and need to be of high-resolution quality (minimum 300 dpi). Do not imbed a photo into your story. Send the photos separately but in the same e-mail as the article itself. Give the article a title and a byline and make sure that the photo will also have a caption and a reference as to the article to which it belongs. Advertising Terms and Conditions
For printing purposes Microsoft Word, Power-Point, and Excel files cannot be used.
Supply your advertising material digitally on a CD or send it electronically to our e-mail address indicated below. Make sure that you include all supporting art, such as logos and fonts. Advertisement must be of high-resolution quality and must be in eps, jpeg or press-ready PDF. Please include a printout of the advertisement in the package.

Contracts are honored at the price agreed upon for the duration of the commitment. If you want to change the ad from one issue to the next, you are welcome to do so, however, if the change of copy is not received by the closing date, copy run in the previous issue will be re-inserted.
